Leadership & Service

Leadership & Service

At Los Altos Christian School, we equip students to lead with integrity and serve wholeheartedly. Developing an attitude of service is central to our mission, and our students have meaningful opportunities to make a difference, both locally and globally. Each year, we choose two charities to support financially, helping students see the real-world impact of giving.

Ambassadors Program (Grades 3–8)

Our Ambassadors Program empowers students to grow as leaders while contributing to the school and wider community.

Jr. Ambassadors (Grades 3–5)

  • Lead Chapel services and campus events
  • Organize bake sales to support partners
  • Participate in Spirit Week and school-wide service projects
  • Build confidence, teamwork, and school pride

Middle School Ambassadors (Grades 6–8)

  • Plan and lead Spirit Days and community service projects
  • Serve at school events
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives, such as food drives and collections for local shelters
  • Represent LACS with confidence, integrity, and a heart for service

At LACS, leadership and service aren’t just activities; they are a way of life. Our students leave school ready to make a positive impact in their communities and the world.
