It is our purpose at Los Altos Christian Schools to provide a quality education in a warm Christian atmosphere for all our students. We feel that Christian schools reflect a return to the Biblical principles of our national heritage: American patriotism, Christian morals, a conservative philosophy, and personal integrity. Clear behavioral expectations and individual accountability are emphasized. God entrusts to parents the responsibility for educating their children. It is our privilege to share in that process. The school has been providing educational excellence since 1981.

LACS students aspire toward Christ-like character through accepting personal responsibility while positively influencing the world around them. LACS provides a curriculum that encourages critical thinking and creative, effective skills application. LACS seeks to partner with parents in providing a quality education grounded in Judeo-Christian values.

• Determine right from wrong using the Bible as the standard.

• Gather, organize, and assimilate information and communicate it clearly through the use of speaking, writing, and technology.
• Read and listen critically and respond appropriately to oral and written communication.
• Work and play together cooperatively and resolve conflicts without adult intervention.

• Apply problem-solving strategies to real-life situations.
